IMPORTANT:

  • Your friend / loved one must accept your visit request in order to reserve the scheduled visit.
  • You must have sufficient funds in your account at the time of the visit.
  • You will be billed for your visit when your scheduled visit occurs.
  • You will only be charged for the actual length of the video visit.
