Why is my calendar showing the wrong time for my visit?
If you booked a visit for one time and there is a different time listed in your calendar (under the “Calendar” tab), you may need to adjust your time zone.
To adjust your time zone:
- Click “My Account” tab.
- Click “Profile Settings.”
- At the very bottom of the page is an option to adjust your time zone.
- Select your correct time zone and click Save.
- If you go back to your “Calendar” tab, you’ll see the adjusted visit time.
